The Capitol is currently in its first year of an eight-year phased $106M renovation.
Bob Ripley is the Administrator of the Office of the Capitol Commission. For over 40 years—first as an architect for the State Building Division, and now as Capitol Administrator of the Capitol Commission—Bob has advocated to insure generous funding ($210,000,000 over a 25-year period) for improvements, restoration and unfinished aspects of the Capitol.
Dan Worth is the Principal in Charge for the current eight-year phased interior restoration/HVAC replacement at the Nebraska State Capitol and the restoration planning at the Gateway Arch in St. Louis, Missouri. He has over 39 years of experience in historical restoration and is a Partner and Principal at BVH Architecture.
