NEBRASKA | Alvine HQ Mixed-use Building Tour & Happy Hour

Come join the Nebraska Chapter of DBIA-Mid-America Region for a tour of this new mixed-use facility offering residential, retail and parking. Design challenges were inherent on the site and included underground district energy systems, overhead high voltage distribution lines and a railroad transit line. Alvine embraced the WELL Building Standard by designing this new corporate headquarters to be one of two Nebraska facilities that are seeking WELL-certification for the tenant improvement space of 1207 Cass Street.
