Nebraska | Project Tour – 1501 Mike Fahey

As the core and shell construction is wrapping up at 1501 Mike Fahey, the project team consisting of Noddle Companies, HDR, and Kiewit welcomes you to come on over for a tour of our hybrid mass timber and steel commercial office and retail project!

Please arrive early and bring PPE (hard hat, closed toe shoes, safety vest, glasses)

Parking information:
1. Please feel free to park in the Wareham Building’s Parking Lot at 1624 Mike Fahey St, Omaha, NE 68102
2. Additional street parking available nearby as needed.

*The maximum limit for attendees is 40 each due to facility constraints.*
