Gregg Schoppman, Principal, FMI: We are inundated with the concept of strong teams and effective collaboration. However, these two concepts are not always unified. We want our teams of construction A-E-C professionals, owners, end-users to collaborate and push for the same goals. Is it a pipe dream to wish for something that pits individual teams that are diametrically opposed to truly collaborate? How can a group of individuals and teams collaborate regardless of the delivery method to achieve win-win results.
