Please join us for a jobsite tour of Rock Creek Ambulatory Surgery Center (Iowa Ortho in partnership with Mercy River Hills Surgery Center). Downing Construction designed and is currently constructing this 60,000 SF design-build project. It features a steel structure, exterior metal stud framing with a brick and Nichiha Façade & Aluminum Storefront Windows. This surgery center will have ten operating rooms and Twenty-Four 23 Hour Stay Rooms.
