IOWA | 111 East Grand Tour

Join the DBIA Iowa Chapter for a tour of the 111 East Grand Project in the historic East Village. The mixed-use retail and office building features heavy timber construction including glue laminated beams and columns and dowel laminated timber (DLT) floor and roof structures. The future home of Neumann Monson Architects and Ryan Companies is Iowa’s first modern mass timber office building and the largest DLT project in the United States. See a video of the project. After the tour please join us for refreshments and appetizers at Peace Tree Brewery.
