The City of Kansas City, Missouri and Carollo/Jacobs, the Owner’s Advisor, invite you to an informational meeting to learn about Design-Build and Subcontractor opportunities on the construction of a state-of-the-art Biosolids Process at KC Water’s Blue River Wastewater Treatment Plant.

The multi-million investment will change the way Kansas City processes its 90 dry tons-per-day of raw biosolids. It will be the first Thermal Hydraulic Process (THP) plant in the Midwest.
